Our estate-grown and produced Organic Herbes de Provence Olive Oil is milled utilizing the Agrumato Method by pressing early-harvest olives with our organic proprietary Herbes de Provence blend, which includes thyme, basil, rosemary, marjoram, oregano, fennel seeds, and lavender flowers.

We extract the flavorful olive oil in our mill in the heart of our Ranch located in Petaluma, California.
